Casa Mari is a large comfortable house with 3 good sized bedrooms, one double, one twin and the smallest a single room and there is a large fully fitted family bathroom with overhead shower

A large and comfortable lounge / diner adjoins the american style galley kitchen. The kitchen though small is well equipped and usable. The house has a working fireplace for chilly winter evenings and for al fresco dining there is an additional eating area on the outside terrace with wonderful panoramic views.
 

Casa Mari as an ideal location to live in and from which to explore the surrounding areas. It offers peace and tranquillity and yet is close enough to the village to fully enjoy its amenities, built in a traditional Andalusian style the owner of this property will do everything to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The property is surrounding by avocado orchards and you are welcome to pick the trees with the owners compliments.

The outside terrace although small has an eating area for 6  and has sunbeds for relaxing afternoons in the sun, the area is enclosed and the property has secure private parking. 

Within a few minutes walk from the house is the restaurant "el cerro"  a charming and traditional restaurant serving home cooked food with fresh local ingredients and a walk of less than 10 minutes will find you at a rural hotel which also has a good bar and restaurant.

Local passing traffic includes the mule men (Miguel & Paco) who pass by frequently and the local goat herder (Sebastian) as he walks his herd in the evening.

This is a great location for those that want peace and quiet offered by a country residence yet located close enough to the village for easy access to: bars, restaurants, shops and local village life.
