This apartment is situated in a private development of 21 apartments, on the corner of Rosario la Joaquin and Puerta Almazara on route to the Moorish quarter of the village.
It’s a very comfortable 1 bed apartment, with a nice terrace and very centrally located.
There is plenty of local off-street parking and nearby are: local shops, bars and restaurants, all only a short walk away.
The accommodation sits four short steps off the ground floor, so is accessible for many including with limited mobility.

Outside the salon, the terrace looks out across the communal gardens and down towards the pool.
It's a nicely presented terrace area with external shade, a small round table and chairs makes a comfortable outdoor sitting area.
The terraces offer nice views of the Frigiliana countryside down to Nerja and the sea.

Enter through the main door and there are four short stairs to the front door to this apartment. Through the door, to your left is the double bedroom, (twin singles, which can be made as singles, or together as a double bed, as required) with freestanding fan and/or oil filled radiator for winter floor to ceiling window with views north. The shower-room almost faces you, but turn right into the hallway which leads into the main salon area with comfortable sofa, stereo, English sat TV (freeview only) and patio doors to the rear (south facing terraces gardens and pool). The salon is open plan to the kitchen area, however it's separated by a worktop/breakfast bar counter.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, fridge and micro, kettle etc.
This is very comfortable well appointed apartment with ample space for 2 people to share.
Lift or stairs give access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna - seasonal use only
