Casa Ana is a delightful 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool for rent in the Frigiliana countryside. Set in a peaceful location surrounded by olive groves, its a perfect retreat, yet its only 4 kms from Frigiliana village centre and a 15 minute drive to Nerja, its beaches and the famous Nerja Caves. Casa Ana is accessed via a good concrete road bar the last few metres which is acceptable track. The villa provides stunning views of the local countryside and of the Mediterranean sea.
Casa Ana has been simply furnished in a Spanish rustic style providing comfortable accommodation with all the modern facilities required to make your stay enjoyable, in early 2010 a modernisation program was undertaken.
The villa is ideally situated being just 10 minutes drive to the village of Frigiliana or 25 minutes walk.
It's also about 10 minutes by car to the lovely resort town of Nerja with its beautiful beaches, bustling shops and lively international restaurants.

The accommodation with outside terrace is all on one level.
The swimming pool and lower terrace with outside kitchen are accessed from the front of the villa (the lower garden is completely secure.)
This is a lovely villa ideal for families and sleeps 6 people comfortably.
Outside, to the front, the villa has a tiled and shaded terraced area providing seating under canopy with views of the frigiliana countryside
and down to Nerja
The swimming pool (6m x 4m) is entered via a set of easy Roman steps to the side of the pool. The pool is 1.2m shallow and 1.9m deep.

Through the main front door, is the entance hallway/dining room with comfortable seating for 6, open plan to your left is the kitchen area and to
your right is the salon with TV and DVD.
This is a really comfortable villa, it's great space for 6 people to live in and very comfortably appointed.
The house has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) with a family bathroom, a seperate en-suite shower room (to one of the doubles) and a third shower room downstairs adjacent to the outside kitchen.

This is a lovely villa, ideal for holiday rental for a family or 3 couples that are looking for a location in the Andulician countryside,
but still near enough to a Town/Village to maintain local connections; shops, bars, restuarants and social activiites with others.
Whilst it's possible to taxi to and from the villa into Frigiliana, and we'll help organise that for you if required, it must be said, you need to pre-book a late taxi to return home at night (post meal or a few drinks) as the taxi's don't sit at the village rank after 12:00PM.
